 Linda Lau Anusasananan, a food writer and recipe editor at Sunset Magazine for more than 34 years, will host a lively and interesting discussion about the cuisine and culture of the Chinese nomads known as the Hakka. Anusasanananís book, The Hakka Cookbook, Chinese Soul Food from around the World was awarded "Best Chinese Cuisine Cookbook of the World" by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris. It has also made the lists for "best or favorite books of 2012" in Martha Stewart Living, Saveur, Associated Press, and Toronto Globe and Mail.
